A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. This deposit holds your date and covers initial planning and communication.
Full payment is due by the day of your session, unless paid in advance.
If you choose to cancel, your deposit will be forfeited and cannot be applied to future sessions.
You are welcome — and encouraged — to reschedule instead of canceling, when possible.
Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled session.
Any reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a $50 rescheduling fee.
If rescheduled properly, your deposit will carry over to the new date.
