Natural Light Portraiture 2022

Wow! I was just looking back at the portraiture in my portfolio with fond memories. It made me realize I've not booked a photography session since 2018!

Photography is my first love and I'd adore photographing you, your loved ones, spaces, places, or pet in the natural light. Natural light is a wonderful source of illumination for portraiture. What do I consider natural light? Sun light or environmental lighting, nothing added to the scene. Create works of art with the light available to you. This kind of lighting is my favorite for capturing portraits. It's honest. Not staged. You find the beauty in your everyday. You see yourself in another light. There's nothing better than seeing your faces light up when you see how great the photographs are - especially because you're in them! This kind of photography is interesting to look at and sparks the imagination in different ways than studio set ups. 

Everyone is beautiful.
Candid is beautiful.
Natural is beautiful.

I'll be opening my books for naturally lit photography sessions. These sessions are 1 hour and designed to make you feel good. During the session you realize just how stunning you are without the layers, editing, and major lighting set up. Just you, the camera, what ever light source is on location and letting your soul shine. Magic can be created in your back yard, in a parking garage or in a park. It's all about play and finding the light.

Theses sessions are a fun way to style up a look or two. To get out of the house and see how fabulous you really are. Bring a little creative spark into your energy. A reason to explore a new place or a familiar place in a new way. Lets have fun and make something beautiful happen!
