 2024 Royal Oak Art Walk Citrine Tangerine will be popping up during the Royal Oak Art Walk to display art at Mathnasium Royal Oak. What is the Art Walk? The event is a self-guided tour of Royal Oak’s downtown businesses, showcasing a variety of work from local and regional artists. The event is free to the public and there is no charge to either artists or participating businesses. The Art Walk is sponsored by the Royal Oak Arts Council and the Royal Oak Commission for the Arts in cooperation with the City of Royal Oak and the Downtown Development Authority. This will be an interactive event. Live demonstrations, public engagement, and, of course, opportunities to purchase art!

Megan LaCroix, also known as Citrine, is a multi-media artist rooted in Michigan. Summers spent exploring Northern Michigan sparked her love for nature-inspired art, leading her to jewelry, photography, and mixed media. A 2014 BFA graduate from the University of Michigan School of Art & Design, she now lives and works in Detroit. Her work spans fashion, jewelry, screen printing, photography, and painting, with Detroit graffiti leaving a lasting mark on her visual style. Archives
